Nu udkommer Simon Lynges nye album The absence of fear. Han har begejstret anmeldere og lyttere internationalt med sine sange, der også har fundet vej til Hollywoods TV- og filmproduktioner. I pausen siden sidste plade, har han blandt andet været på turné med Emmylou Harris, og så har han ikke mindst været i studiet for at indspille The Absence of Fear.
